Help needed

A fiverr select buyer just ordered my gig and submitted the requirements but I can't see them. There are a bunch of optional questions showing in the requirements section. Is this a glitch.? Help!!!

this is because when you set requirement you dont mark on required option . you can ask buyer to send requirements again manually . follow me for any further help

I have marked on the required option and the timer has started counting. What should I do??

Yes, all of your questions are optional, make the main question as mandatory and you won't facing any issues like this.

Is that "thanks" under your question yours, or did the buyer write it there instead of the required information?

Either way, politely write to buyer on the order page, and tell them exactly what you need from them. For example, "Thank you for the order! Unfortunately, I didn't receive the necessary information from you, and without it, I can't proceed with work. Please send me (and then write exactly what you need from the buyer)."

Nothing you can do for the current order but you are safe for future orders.
