The buyer has recieved full business plan with my gig package ? But after recieving the work she has cancelled the order and ger refund? The work is excellent but this is a new way misuded to get work for free.. What to do ? please advice

this is a new scam running of fiverr for this type of things you can use milestone feature or make price of your gig higher. i suggest to use milestone -
this is because when you set requirement you dont mark on required option . you can ask buyer to send requirements again manually . follow me for any further help
