Bad Buyer

How do i report a buyer that want me to contact him outside fiverr but i declined cause i wanted to uphold the rules. Now he want to cancel and even channged his website login details so i wont be able to work. I can cancel the order cause i wont be able to do anything but how can i report a buyer that threatens with cancellation when the seller does not want to go outside fiverr.

When you hover over the buyers name a button with 'report' will pop-up. I'd also advise you to cancel the order through customer support, so it won't harm your rates. 

P.s. It's against forum rules to show the buyer's name, so I suggest you cover it so your post can stay 🙂

Did you hover over the name in the chat (so not on the order page)? It should show up just like the example image below 🤔
