Use more than 1 account on same IP address

Can I use more than 1 Fiverr on the same IP address? Because I heard that if you use more than 1 account on the same IP address your account will be blocked. I'm a web developer but my friend lives in the same hotel and is also a web developer. We want to have 2 different accounts.

It's possible to have two accounts in the exact location, but Fiverr will not allow you to provide the same service in the exact location. You both might get banned.
