How to initiate a call with a client before placing order?

Is it okay if a client sent me a Zoom link on Fiverr to discuss the job offer before placing the order?

Hi!

Its ok to do it if you do it through Fiverr's chat call option. This will open a Zoom session thats recorded by Fiverr. If your client sends you a zoom link and you use it you may be flagged for breaking the TOS.

Hi, Thank you for the clarification. Actually the support team told me exactly what you mentioned but the problem is that the client didn't have a business account so he couldn't initiate the call.
