Unable to receive sms verification messages

I need help as i am trying to add payout methods via payoneer since paypal isn’t available in my territory

everytime i start verification process it sends an sms to my mobile number which i never receive

what could be the possible solution please guide

Probably try a different number.  Maybe that'll work.

Same here. But after 24 hours i tried to via call. It didnt work. I recieved the call but fiverr website told me to insert the numbers from SMS. I tried to put 4 last numbers from the phone that was calling me, but it didnt work

I am facing the same. My withdrawal options are disabled and unable to withdraw my money unless I verify my phone. And it has been weeks that I've been trying and still didn't get the code.

It seems, Fiverr is not interested in resolving the problems of freelancers.

My issue is that I can't begin my verification process to add withdrawal method, it kept on saying limit reached, try again in 24 hours, I've been checking for days is still showing same thing

It seems like Fiverr has no answer for this. I've been trying to add a payment method for days. Nothing works. Even I can't update my number with a different one. It says something went wrong. For now, I'm going circles with Fiverr support.

I understand your frustration with not getting those SMS verification messages. It can be a hassle when trying to get things done. Sometimes, it’s just a matter of the service you're using being a bit glitchy. Have you tried checking your phone settings to see if anything is blocking those messages? It might be worth a look.

If that doesn't work, I suggest Temporary Phone Numbers. Quite a few apps offer this service, and they can help you receive verification codes without messing with your primary number. It’s a neat little workaround. Just make sure to choose a reputable one! I hope this helps you out, and you can return to what you were doing soon.

Verifying your phone number using your mobile phone is never going to work.

To verify your phone number, you need a laptop (the fiverr backend would not allow you to use a mobile phone to complete the verification)

From what I have read so far, on this thread, you obviously did get a verification code (4 digits) sent to you, but you are using a mobile phone to attempt the verification process, won't work trust me.
