Returning buyers, coupons

Is fiverr give any incentive on same returning buyers or not? How to get coupons? Please explain

You will not get coupons without having stellar plus membership. and if you provide coupons discount to your client. it will cut from your total order amount not from fiverr. I thought that before. that's why I lost $45. coz I gave $30 discount and $10 discount to another client. So just avoid using this. hope you can understand.

I thought if i sell my services to same returning buyers, maybe fiverr give me some benefits.
