Gig promote feature has not been appeared yet

Hey, I have become Level 1 seller for the past 8 days but have not received any gig promoting feature. Please help me in this regard. I have also contact fiverr customer support but all in vain. Please let me when with this gig promote feature will arrive? Moreover, my gig has been lost (unable on searching any of its keywords). So please tell me, shall I enable promote feature , when this feature will arrive?

Hey, it's not up to you. fiverr will give gig promotion features only selected people mostly level one or two. just wait and keep hard work. one day you will get this feature. You will get this feature only your best selling gigs. Hope you can understand.
