You have 86% repeated buyers. This means almost no new buyers in 90 days.
You need more new buyers to grow your business. In my case, half of my buyers are new buyers. Although I also have a score of 99%, my score is better because I have much more new buyers.
Don’t depend mainly on your repeated buyers.

Ok ,But My repeat buyers have multiple projects as they are running agencies as well so I'm getting projects on continuously basis ,but yes You are also right I will need new buyers as well. To share this post was meant that If someone worked with me he like to work again.
