Business is down, help!

Hello everyone,

I need serious advice. My business went downhill for reasons I am unable to find. I was at the top of my niche one time then all of a sudden it dropped. What am I doing wrong? How do I get back up? Has anybody else faced this and how did you manage to get back up?

This is really making me anxious as it has been a major support system since the pandemic.

Hi @minavideos, 

Normally a sudden drop in impressions is due to a negative private review. Buyers leave 3 reviews on each order (2 private and 1 public). Private reviews are weighed more heavily than public ones. Buyers can also leave private reviews on canceled orders.

Is not ok to have 100 good reviews just to have a couple of negative reviews drag you down in the metric,

So the other 100 good reviews and hard work, don't count?

The negative, private review eventually falls off your record, and the impact of that review is less if you continue to deliver high quality work and get good reviews. You can recover from such a hit - you can even have business grow bigger than what is was before.
