Can buyer leave a bad private review after just conversation? or it may happened only after delivery?

Private reviews are only related to orders. However, buyers can "report" you in your inbox or order conversations. They can also open a support ticket to complain about you.

I'm not sure what happened between you and your buyer, but if you are worried, you can also reach out to Customer Support for help.
