I've lost rank of gigs

I am a label 2 seller. But due to loss of gig rank I have not received any new order for almost 1 month today. What should I do for such a situation? Please help

Try to get an order from a previous buyer I hope then your gig will rank. Thank you

You have lost ZERO rank, because gigs do not have rank, and are not ranked in the Fiverr search system. That's not how Fiverr works.
