Profile Reviews problem

My total review is thirteen. Two of those reviews were mistaken for bad buyers. My profile is showing 4.3 stars, why is it suddenly showing 3.8 stars?

Why were they bad buyers?  You didn't provide the service you advertised and they reviewed you accordingly.  Clearly the gig descriptions or the service you provide needs addressing.
