Asking fiverr for order information by order number

Fiverr sends emails of order numbers when an order is completed. Is it possible to ask fiverr the order details by contacting customer support with the order number if the seller or buyer removed their account or was banned?

What kind of details? Obviously Fiverr can't share details about your seller or buyer, but they can provide you with details on your orders. Normally there is a spot on your support ticket to enter in the order number.

Even if one of the accounts is removed you still should have access to your order page from the order tab wether you are a buyer or a seller. 
And on the order page you can find all your order details

But I thought that if your account was removed or banned you cannot log in fiverr.
