Unable to send the messages

I am unable to send the msgs to the buyer. I'm getting errors while sending the msg.

I've never had this problem, maybe it's because the buyer has blocked you, or you blocked the buyer, it's also possible that there is a bug in the application/website. you can contact fiverr customer service
