Scammers/spammers

I don't have 7 gigs yet, but I was hoping to get more inquiries than just spammers and scammers wanting me to download malware (and, honestly, I can't think of 7 gigs). I've reported them, but that's all I've gotten. Any hints on how to improve my chances at getting actual work (and stop the sc/spammers)?

Why are you worried about getting to 7 gigs?   Have as many gigs as you feel you can do.  Don't listen to the madness that says you need 7 to rank on Fiverr. 

Quality will always outrank quantity

If you have a social media following or have previous/potential clients outside of Fiverr direct them to purchase from your gig on Fiverr. It will help your profile get some initial sales. Having those initial sales will help you get more organic sales from Fiverr directly... Its a bit more challenging literally starting with no reviews on Fiverr right now considering the competition..
