What if the buyer recieves the video i edited for them. And order is completed marked but the buyer doesn't pay for the order

An order could not have been made if it was not paid for in the first place.

Ask the buyer to place the order first and then start working on the project. This is the standard practice.

First order then start work, Before some days I have work for a buyer without order and He doesn't order me and He used my design.
