You have 1 review and your last delivery was 8 months ago.

Suggest you remove the above from your profile description as lots of buyers don't like to be called "dear" and it will put them off.

Suggest you also remove "lifetime support" from your profile description as that will be seen as an empty promise by many buyers and will also put them off.

They will just move on to buy from someone else.
