Go to buyer request option here you see many buyer request according to your gig category, tags etc. Then write a offer and sent. Just simple.

You might not see much requests (probably you have zero) if not reach level 1. As higher level you got, more request you will see in your panel.

First click on more Option then you'll see Buyer Requests option click on here.

Then you can send buyer request.

Some specific time came buyer request, so you need to focused on it

In your profile page you can see more option on right top corer Click on it

Then you can see Buyer Request Option click on it

Then you see buyer post, From here you can send buyer request easyly

But I am not getting any kind of buyer request. I've been on fiverr for about 3 months
