How to get refund?

Is there any policy of refunding the money from client as after doing work client does not respond in a way I needed too.

If I hire a person for website which talks about Company Liquidation Boston as it needed SEO what If I don’t get what I needed.

Help me out in understanding fiverr policies.

You can try asking for a revision first if you didn't get what you ordered and you ordered the right package for it (or used custom offer for that specific thing)

If after the revisions you still don't get what you ordered you could contact customer support about it through the help desk.

They should refund to your Fiverr balance if the seller doesn't give what was ordered and you ask within 14 days of order completion. If you need it refunded to somewhere else you could ask them for that.
