MY GIGS ARE DISAPPEARED AFTER I RECEIVE PROMOTED GIGS NOTIFICATION FROM FIVERR

My gigs are disappeared after I receive a notification from Fiverr. The notification is " Some of your gigs are not promoted any more " I was promoting two Gigs of "Amazon PPC" and the second is " Google Ads" both are not showing on any particular keyword or page. I have checked many times but not getting my gigs on any page even I checked it till last page. I have overall rating of 5.0 in both Gigs and on account. I replies instantly to buyers and I never break TOS of Fiverr. So I need help to get my gigs back. I never done late delivery I am a seller of Level One. Can you please check it manually because if my gig is not showing then I am not able to get new orders. I also talk with the costumer support but they just send me a link where the gigs are active but when I search my all gigs are disapeared not even showing on last pages I check it all from last 6 days its not showing.
