New Sellers no longer being promoted?

Hello, I've been doing a lot of research in the algorithm of Fiverr to see what causes you to be on the first page vs sometimes not even showing at all. I keep running across people saying that new sellers get a boost so they can get views and a few gigs so they aren't lost in the void.
