ADDING EXCLUSIVE OWNERSHIP AGREEMENT ON GIG

Hello,a buyer has raised  a dispute to a newly placed order indicating that "There is no exclusive ownership agreement after she orderd."

My gig clearly states Exclusive Ownership 100% on the premium package the buyer selected

Is there another place where one adds the special contract she is talking about that goes like this:

(The Seller will receive a one-time payment via Fiverr (as a purchase agreement) for Instrumentals/Songs/Beats/Mixing/Mastering
The Buyer will own 100% Copyright and 100% Credit for the track (Full Ownership), allowing full permission for track distribution.
The Seller gives all ownership to the buyer.
This is the entire agreement between Seller and Buyer with respect to the rules contained in Fiverr.)

 

How do I a dd this? I thought my Gig description is agreement enough

Maybe adding a disclaimer in the gig description stating they get the full ownership after the order is done
