I became a level one seller this month and I haven't received promotional offer from Fiverr and my gig impression is decreasing and my gig are going back. Why is this please help?

Then promoted gig feature is available for a specific gig where mostly 20 orders completed I think.

Respond to buyer request, check if there is any updates opportunity with more better gig seo. And possibly sharing your gig in a professional way.
