My profile picture was not accepted.

Is there any way to clarify that my profile picture is in fact me. When I try to upload it, I receive a prompt saying it has to be taken down since it may not be real. How can I move past this? It's a professional taken photo and I really want to use it.

That's pretty weird, i never had that problem with uploading images. Have you tried uploading a different file or just a logo? This way you can see if it's a problem with the actual picture or it's something else. If it still doesn't work or it just doesn't work for that picture try making a ticket and contacting the Fiverr support team.

you should follow the rules of Fiverr, Maybe your photo is very big  gigabit or low quality and you should resource picture size color and minimal design for a clear understanding
