Should I delete my old fiverr account or not?

I joined Fiverr in Feb 2021 but tried my best and didn't get orders, then I stopped using it. Now, I have been trying for months but haven't get any orders. So, I want to know is it okay or if I should delete my account and create a new one as I have no orders. What you will suggest to me?
I am looking for your advice.

2nd account creation is NOT allowed as it's a violation of TOS so you will have to proceed with the existing account. 

Secondly, how will you get orders without any gig? Start with creating your gigs then see the results.

I think you should keep your old account and try to improve it . Because now Fiverr has changed their rules and regulations on creating new account.

Do not delete, you can continue with your old account.
