Can I create 2 fiverr accounts in the same wifi in different device?

My brother want to create a fiverr account. But I have alrady a fiverr account in my home wifi. My question is can he create another fiverr account using the same wifi that I use?

Yes, you can but you can't offer same service.

As far as I know yes you can but service option should be different like one is graphic designer and another is web developer is fine but same service under same wifi like both are web developer or both are graphic designer is not allowed. I have heard many seller already got banned for this reason. Hope you understand. Thank you.

There is no problem if your brother create an account of Fiverr using the same Wifi that you are already using.
