Fiverr is continuing deduction from earning

I don't know what's going on.

Sharing here if any one facing same issue or happened with anyone before. From today morning around every hour my $29 is cutting. For first 8 cutting I received invoice by saying it's Seller Plus subscription. But, after using "Seller Plus" for couple of months in last year, I stopped using it. I also see message on screen that, the seller Plus service is successfully stoped. I am attaching screen for reference.

I also raised ticket for this but i received response "I have forwarded your inquiry to the relevant team for further review. As soon as I receive an update I will let you know by following up on this ticket".

 

I don't know what to do.

Wait for customer service to get back to you. There's nothing any of us can do. It seems like a horrible glitch in their payment system. Hope it gets solved quickly for you!
