I've seen so many people's spamming their Gig Links on some 'Promotion Groups'. I guess its against fiverr rules. You can build a profile on social media to offer your services and Bid on them.

All the social media platforms that Fiverr itself recommends are good for gig promotion.

To the best of my knowledge, LinkedIn is the best among all the platforms.
