Hi Guys, 
I want to know about 'How does the response rate works?'. 
Nowadays my response rate decreasing Though I have answered all messages in time.
Is it applicable for only new buyers or all buyers?

I think there are any message you've not replied.

Response rate is calculated with all the messages you received in last 60 days.
