Is it possible to do a first task/lesson free on fiverr?

Unfortunately it isn’t. As per fiverr TOS the minimal order can be only 5$.

A buyer orders, pays, and then you deliver. That is how Fiverr works.

Only then can a buyer leave a review if they so wish.

Working for free is of no advantage to you whatsoever.
