Fiverr with video feature

what happens if there is a video feature on fiverr for discussions with customers?

maybe it will make the discussion easier or will you get a new problem?

Of course I think it will be easier to discuss with customers and of course new problems will come, one of them from language maybe lol

This is a creative step. But, I think buyer mostly prefer to see the actual work and quality with voice over.

I think this feature will do wonders 😃still we'll have to figure out that with which buyers we should be communicating on a call. 
Because we never know after an hour long call to understand client's requirements we have $10 project 🙂

I don't think this feature is utilized enough. I only had a handful of buyers that wanted to do a video call. However, because of the time zone difference, It can be another layer that can get in the way of your workflow.

I think this is a good idea for a complex project, where there is a lot of moving pieces.

Would love to hear if anyone has been using this feature alot

I use it often - not for the video, but for the phone call. It's vital to be able to talk to certain clients, both to understand the project and to be able to negotiate and price correctly.
