How to active my temporarily disabled account

Hello.

I have an account with username Qurat09. I tried 3-4 times to verify the identity by uploading my ID card picture and selfie. I am not sure what's the matter but my account has been disabled. I am really worried, tried alot to fix it but all in vain..

Well, they were not asking for selfie I guess, they only needed the ID card picture which you used to create the account. Now as they have restricted the account try to reach to the customer support team if you are sure about your ID card.
