I got Fiverr choice badge 2months ago. But I lost it , so how to get back again?

I’m in the same position. I can see it on some pages but not the main gig page or in the search results.

The Fiverr does it manually. So, no one knows about the requirements for getting that badge. Just do quality work and keep your customers happy. 🙂

You can't get it, because Fiverr gives it manually to those they choose, hence why it's called “choice” - because it's their own choice if you get the badge or not. You can't get it yourself in any way unless Fiverr decides it so.
