Why isn't the buyer request seen on my account? Although it comes very rarely.

Because

1) You're an unleveled seller - when you get to level 1 you'll likely see more since they stay longer instead of being removed when enough other level 0 sellers send offers to requests

2) Not enough buyers are sending requests compared to the number of unlevelled sellers sending offers in your subcategory

3) All your gigs are in 1 subcategory. If you had a gig in another subcategory you may see more requests (ie. those for the other subcat).
