blocked buyer issue

please a i need help 

 my reponse time decreased from  100 TO 75

SO When i contacted the support they told me i should not block anyone i should make it as spam 

now i can't find the person ive blocked so i can make it spam maybe my response time go back to normal

The possible solution is go to Contacts from the Seller dashboard top menu > More > Contacts

And check all of your client's by clicking the message tab, I hope you will discover him.

Or you have to go with a course of 60 days for the normal response rate.
