You are supposedly not to decline an order just because a client places an order without contacting. Fiverr was set up in a way that buyers can place orders any time of day without the need to contact.

You will have a valid reason to decline (without any effect to you) if the order violates ToS or buyer mistakenly placed the order. But you will have to talk to Fiverr Customer Support about it.

Basically, that's how Fiverr works - buyers can place an order without contacting sellers (just because you as a seller offer services). If this is not something that you offer CS team can cancel it
