Order Requirement There was no revision

I have completed my work properly and this worked delivered. But after 2 days my client send a revision request but he did not give any requirement or any change.

What should I do now?

Just re-deliver the original files with the message "No revision was requested so I have resent the original files. If a revision is needed please let me know what you would like me to change. Please do not use the revision request button to extend order delivery time, this is not what it's for. Thanks again for your order!"
