Make sure the gigs you create aren't against anything in Fiverr's Terms of Service or any of their policy pages and aren't against any third party's Terms of Service/Terms of Use.

You could also check the community standards page to check what the gig is for is not against anything in that - see https://www.fiverr.com/community/standards/prohibited-services

Also make sure you don't copy anyone else's gigs/gig descriptions.
