Order placed but no requirements yet

What will happen to an order which is submitted without requirements?  Will it eventually timeout, or just sit there forever?

I had a customer place an order 3 days ago but has yet to submit requirements, even after daily follow-ups from me.

Have to be patient, is the best you can do, i have an order like this from 2019! there're some weird guys around...
