There is not any specific answer for this. Some tricks work for one while for others it doesn't. However, the basic and easiest way to grab first order is though the Buyer's Request Sections.

Go the buyer request more often and sent out the proposal against the request posted. Try to elaborate your solution to question asked and bam! order lands.
