rainbowchazer
Is there a way where I can require buyers to contact me as a seller before landing me with an order I don't want? My regular buyers are wonderful and always contact me with their requirements to see if I'm available. Newbies, not so much and I find it RUDE to be landed with an order with no prior communication. I don't want to be offline if I'm available, I just want to get the buyers to be polite enough to talk to me first so I have the chance to decline an order because it's not my specialism or I'm busy with other things. Is there an option to set this as a requirement? I state it in my gig blurb but I still get random orders from newbies whose topics I would not accept if they contacted me first. filipdevaere
This is what I do: I write beside the package name that they need to contact me first. They still can order without communicating with you, but this method really helps a lot.

emidio_alex
Yes, Fiverr REALLY needs to fix this. An obligation for the seller to send/confirm an offer prior to the order starting should be mandatory. It is absolutely ludacris that this does not happen, for a number of reasons.
