How can I get the new job?

I am a new seller in Fiverr. I have completed my first order 2 months ago but now I haven’t any job yet. My gig impression also badly down. Now I send 5-10 offer daily but impression is not increase and no job in my hand in last 2 months. Now, I need help from experienced seller. Please tell me about what can i do now and how can i get the new job earlier.
