One of my buyers gave me a 4.7 rating. It happened to him by mistake. Can it be made?

How do you know it was a mistake? Inquiring buyers about reviews, feedback, and ratings is perilous and may result in receiving a warning. A 4.7 star review is most definitely not disastrous and isn't worth the possible risk.

Before, it was possible, and the buyer had an option to change the feedback, or maybe after contacting customer support. I am not sure, but I think there was a way before.

But now, it is not possible. Once the buyer has left feedback (intentionally or by mistake), it can not be changed. Fiverr customer support can only alter or remove the review if it violates the Fiverr terms. If it's not, then there's not anything that can be done. However, as @enunciatorsaid that 4.7 is definitely not disastrous. I would say, move on and don't think much about it. Happy freelancing!
