Order Problem.



One of my buyers ordered 2 months ago. I did her job but she wasn't online so I had to deliver. Many times I corrected him later. Now he says I don't like it, I will cancel the order.

My question

1. Can he cancel the order?
2. What if I don't have money in my account?
3. How much of a problem will my account be?
