How are you everybody? i have a question that one of my buyer accidently give me 4 in stead of 5 start feedback.Now he wants to change the feedback.

how can i get this feedback? plz help me

You are competing against yourself and the key is to take the feedback you get to better yourself.

It's not possible I'm afraid. Usually once people see the comment is very positive (rather than just the star rating) they will hopefully look favorably on your profile
