Job winning offer letter; this is my experience

From my experience, I think a cover letter should have mentioned 3 main keywords.

First, Seller previous experience or some key skill which asked.(if you have)

Second, How you gonna do the job? -main strategy.

Third, Mention the price and finish with thanks.

Cover letter? Offer letter? Do you mean the response to the buyer requests? If so, I'd say it really depends on exactly what the buyer request says. Your offer will include the price so I personally wouldn't include that in the written text. I just keep it short and simple about exactly how I can deliver what they are looking for and my experience with similar jobs.
