he keeps asking for extensions, never shows me his work

HE KEEPS ASKING FOR EXTENSIONS---BUT I DON'T SEE ANY WORK AT ALL

 

He's had three six-day extensions for a simple task.  He doesn't show me his work so far.  I feel he's not going to come thru with a thing.  Minimal English.  AFTER THE THIRD EXTENSION FOR A SIMPLE TASK, what happens when he asks for a fourth?  How do  I get my money back?  How do I. cut this off?  thanks
