Promoted gig feature deranked all my gigs to last pages

I am a level 2 seller at Fiverr. Everything was going smoothly but 2 weeks ago  I received notification that some of your gigs no more promoted. After checking I come to know that it is not only no more my gig is promoted, also my all the gigs deranked to last pages and impressions fall below 50 from 10000 for all gigs.

My All statistics on my dashboard are 100%

order completion rate is 100%

positive rating 100%

on time delivery 100%

So you'll notice that you lost your ability to promote gigs because "you failed to meet quality critera" (it says this right on the page if you hover over the little ❓icon. Of course, Fiver won't tell us what they are and since many others have recieved this despite having positive public reviews and high completion rates, I believe that this is tied to the private reviews that buyers get after the public review process is completed.

Nothing you can do accept wait for another order to come in and hope that customer leaves you a positive review (in my experience, this can take between 30 and 90 days_.

edit the gig again and again my friend with the right keywords and put professional photos of yourself, good luck

This is the same thing which has been happed with me as well. 

Is your promoted gig is working or not?
