The buyer asked for my telegram username and to answer quickly I mistakenly shared my telegram username immediately on chat. Will the Fiverr take any action against me?

They could. You are not allowed to do that. If they find out you could get a TOS warning or in the worst case, your account could get disabled. 

Never share contact info in chat or anywhere else unless it's required to fulfill an order (like logins etc. if needed).
